Ceremony Rental Package

Includes drop-off and delivery of trailer containing 2 different sized arches and 11 benches. Perfect for an intimate ceremony with family and friends.
Note: A security deposit of $200 will be expected at the time of rental and will be returned to you in a timely manner provided everything on the trailer is returned in the same condition it was received

Standard Event Trailer Rental includes:
Six, ten-foot, solid wood tables with folding legs on a large cart for your convenience.
Note: Tables and cart are heavy. For your convenience, there is a trailer hitch on the cart, however, it is recommended to have multiple people assist in moving these items.
Sixty brown resin folding chairs with white seat cushion
Chairs are divided and stacked on four utility carts for your easy movement
Two JBL Partybox 310 speakers that boast a 12 hour battery life.
All of your microphone needs are included: Two corded microphones, one wireless mic, and one lapel mic.
Other: Up to 6, six foot folding tables, four 10 qt crockpots, three large chafing / buffet dishes, 2 large drink dispensers, multiple water pitchers, large bulb string lights, Two large accordion room dividers, One large black garbage can
Miscellaneous: There are too many other smaller items to list, but there are many other items for your event success. Please schedule a time with us to come take a look at all we have to offer!
Take an item / Leave an item There are multiple totes of decorations and other consumables that we encourage you to use. These totes are "take an item / leave an item". Please feel free to use anything in these totes to make your event the best it can be! Additionally, if you have some extra supplies at the end of your event that would be helpful for the next trailer renter, please feel free to leave it in these totes.
Ceremony Trailer Rental includes:
Eleven Solid wood, live edge benches approximately 8 1/2 feet long.
These benches were built for the purpose of a rustic event setting or ceremony. Many of them may have a wobble on a perfectly flat surface such as concrete or patio. The benches are heavy, so it is recommended that at least 2 people assist in moving each one.
One large arch standing 8+ feet tall.
For your convenience, the arch has large caster wheels on one side, however, this item is very heavy and recommended that more than one person attempt to move it.
