About our Business
At Micro Weddings & Events, it is our goal to help you make your small event the most memorable time of your life. We provide rental packages for any event for up to 60 people. We will drop our 20-foot enclosed trailer off at your destination packed with tables, chairs, and many other items. From there, you and your party are free to unload and set up as you see fit. All tables and chairs are on carts for easy movability. Due to the size and weight of the tables, it may require 3 or 4 people to help move and maneuver them safely. After your event, it is, your responsibility to load all items back on the trailer prior to pick up.
We are happy to serve a 30-mile radius around Sterling Illinois. Drop off and pick up will be scheduled on a case-by-case basis. We are happy to give you ample time to set up and pack away all of our equipment, so we understand you may need to keep our trailer for a few days. This is considered in the price of our event trailer. Our standard package includes drop off the day before your event and pick up the day after, however, additional time can be considered if it is available.

We offer two loaded trailers that can be rented individually. One trailer is loaded with all you need to host a sit down event / dinner for up to 60 people, and the other is meant to add a quaint atmosphere to your intimate ceremony.
